Administrative Assistant
Celia joined IWP in 2021 with a background in client service, commercial real estate, human resources, and community development research. Prior to joining IWP, Celia worked with minority-owned micro/small businesses throughout Southern California by helping low-income entrepreneurs and family-owned business strengthen their organizations for sustainability and growth. Celia enjoys exploring the outdoors, attending music festivals, watching films, creating photography, and volunteering in her free time.
