Chris has over 25 years’ experience in business, government, law, and education. He is a Nonresident Senior Fellow with the Global and National Security Institute at the University of South Florida. He previously served as a federal prosecutor with the United States Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida. Chris also previously served as a Special Agent with the FBI. In addition to his service with the Justice Department, Chris led a compliance unit for a Fortune 500 company and counseled businesses, executives, and boards in private practice at national law firms. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tampa and has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law and a Nonresident Senior Fellow with the Atlantic Council. Chris earned a BA from Boston College and JD from Boston College Law School where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review.
